Please follow the guidelines below carefully:

Immediately After Treatment (Day 0)

  • Skin may feel warm, tight, or sunburned; avoid touching and refrain from applying makeup, retinoids, acids, or standard cleansers to prevent irritation and infection.

  • Don’t cleanse or wash your face for at least 6–12 hours.

First 24 Hours (Day 1)

  • Redness/sunburn-like heat is normal. Clean gently with lukewarm water and mild, fragrance-free cleanser twice daily.

  • Keep skin hydrated with barrier-supportive moisturizers; avoid any active ingredients like AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, or retinoids for at least 5–7 days.

  • No makeup, no physical activity causing sweat, no saunas, pools, or heat exposure .

Days 2–5

  • Expect fading of redness by Day 2; swelling, mild peeling, dryness, or breakout possible by Day 3.

  • Continue gentle cleanser and moisturize twice daily.

  • Continue to avoid actives, heavy sweating, pools, heavy makeup; apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ when outdoors

  • Cold compresses or soothing balm can support comfort and swelling reduction.

Days 5–7

  • By Day 5, microchannels usually seal; redness, flaking, and tenderness should subside.

  • Continue gentle care; sunscreen is key.

  • Avoid exfoliation, retinoids, or acids for the full 7 days.
