With the option to customize by adding on a variety of essential nutrients and vitamins, The Foundation serves as the ideal base for a personalized wellness boost, whether you're looking for a simple hydration reset or an enhanced infusion experience.
Cancellation Policy
Travel Fee All bookings require a $25 travel fee. We reserve the right to deduct this charge from prepaid packages or group bookings. Appointment Cancellation If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount for the booked infusion. Appointment Reschedule Charge If you reschedule an appointment more than once within the 24-hour period, a $75 fee will apply. Payment for Services Payment for services is non-refundable. Cancellations are accepted with more than 24 hours' notice. No Show Failure to attend a booked appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. We reserve the right to deduct this charge from prepaid packages. Provider Delays In rare cases, if the provider is delayed, we will notify you and reschedule at the next available time.
